Check out some of Spark's 2021 highlights:

• In January, we announced a new flattened management structure, led by Richard Jackson. This field-focused approach continues to put our field operations — and customers — first.  
  
  
• We welcomed our very first electric fleet vehicle — a 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV. 
  
  
• We expanded our storm restoration services, which support power recovery efforts during outages caused by extreme weather events — particularly in the Northeastern, Southern, and Southeastern U.S.  
  
  
• Our branches expanded across the U.S. with new locations announced in California, Texas, and New York.  

• Spark’s Energy Efficiency Services launched, designed to save customers time and money, while also reducing their carbon footprint.  
  
  
• In May, we announced new training and education initiatives supported by the Government of Ontario’s Skills Development Fund. 
  
  
• We partnered with FieldAware — a leader in cloud-based field service solutions — to enhance our field service activities.  
  
  
• Bullfrog Power announced their partnership with Hiram Walker & Sons to procure green natural gas for their distillery in Windsor, ON.
  
  
• We were awarded three new Alberta-based solar projects, in partnership with GP JOULE.

• We proudly introduced the Be Powerful scholarship for students from underrepresented communities across Ontario.  
  
  
• Richard Perri and Tom Duncan joined Spark’s Senior Leadership Team as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, respectively.  
  
  
• We held our very first virtual Spark Power Career Discovery Expo, in partnership with Build a Dream, which inspired high school students across Canada to learn more about the trades.
